a comfortable way to end my christmas. absolutely great hotel located adjacent to the centre or the central square in the old centre of the city as well as restaurants and public transports. particularly good and excellent location, near star. also, close to attractions.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the center, and the main shopping area. The stuff were very helpful day and night. Really enjoyed our standard double room with a bedroom, fully featured kitchenette, music...

The hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the historical center and popular attractions. The fact that the hotel had a lift was a big plus, as it made carrying our luggage up the stairs a breeze. the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep during our romantic escape.

The lack of soundproofing in the room. We were on the first floor and the red light from the hotel sign passed through the curtains, which made it a bit tricky to sleep.

Location is very good. The beds were also good. The price was also reasonable.

Maintenance seems low. Many things were not working correctly, like one of the tv sets, the toilet seat is separated from the toilet, the oven has its cables hanging, etc. There is no lift in the building also, so if you come with a lot of luggage, babies, etc. it can be a problem.

Hotel is in a perfect location near the city centre and shops. Next to it there is a parking garage which was not free but the hotel staff gave a voucher with a 30 percent discount. The room had some fancy interior details and was a nice place to spend a day or two. The price for three people was also very attractive. Highly recommended.

My favorite property in Strasbourg. Great hotel with customer-oriented and excellent employees at all times.

Chouc Theatre and Kammerzell House - Fun activities!

These attractions offered a delightful and immersive experience, perfect for families with children. The Chouc Theatre captivated us with its entertaining performances and the Kammerzell House fascinated us with its historical charm. The kids loved every moment and we would highly recommend visiting these places during your stay in Strasbourg.

A little bit expensive, but the srvice is really good

It is very centrally located. Everything can be done on foot. A short 5 min walking distance from the central railway station as well. Everything was clean and ok, check in and out went smoothly.

My room was located some 20meters away in a separate building - while it was clean and ok, it looked somewhat cheaply refurnished (IKEA stuff...). But no big deal

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. The parking garage in front of the hotel was a GREAT bonus, offering a discounted rate for guests.

i chose thi hotel because of it's lacation - two steps from Place d'Homme de Fer where all tarms meet, les than 15min walk from train station. loads of different restaurants, shops, squares etc.

because it is in the city centre the noise was unavoidable. I couldn't get an iron. i think the ventilation didn't work in the bathroom so there was a funny smell.

Close to city centre,

Little confort, elevator very small, shower in the room not clean, very noisy at night due to neighbouring night club, quiet night starts at 03.00 am. At 06.00 am deliveries and waste collection start their work, no fresh air

Good location, close to city center. Multilingual staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed for small kid provided. a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the apartment for four, the bed sheets were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was very good, just in the city center, there was a TV, a kettle, an owen, basically there was almost everything what you would need for a long stay. we only stayed there for one night.

We stayed in a two floors apartment. There were radiators with the electiricity on the second floor where slept. It was perfectly warm, however the first floor was pretty cold. The beds, the bed sheets and the bathroom were very clean, whereas the floor of the first floor was dusty, it was not very clean. There was a sofa in the first floor, which looks dirty and not in good shape.The receptionist was just ok.

The hotel is great, has excellent staff at all times. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, 15 minutes' walk to a historic quarter. It's based in downtown area, between train station and city centre.
